High Park

The High Park area is both a natural work of art and an exciting cityscape, offering its residents the best of both worlds. With High Park in your backyard, you’ll have nature trails to explore, and popular restaurants and coffee shops nearby, it’s understandable why it’s one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Toronto. The area is bounded on the south by Bloor Street, on the west by Runnymede Road, on the north by Annette Street, Quebec Avenue and Humberside Avenue, and on the east by the GO Transit Weston Subdivision rail tracks.

The area is well-known for mature trees that shade streets line with beautiful Tudor, Edwardian and Victorian-style homes. Many even retain their original features, hardwood trim and flooring, and fireplaces that define their character. High Park is also surrounded by mid and high-rise apartment buildings, and newer condo developments that appeal to young professionals and families.

The area is served by a number of subway stops, as well as buses on Dundas and streetcars that head south to The Queensway. Quick access to Lake Shore Boulevard and the Gardiner Expressway via Parkside Drive.
